Our lovingly furnished holiday apartments offer everything you need for a fully relaxing stay:

• Bathroom: Features a shower, toilet, hairdryer, stool, vanity mirror, and fresh towels.
• Living Area: A cozy space to unwind, equipped with a dining corner and flat-screen satellite, IP TV (SAT-TV, IP-TV).
• Kitchen: Fully equipped open kitchen with a coffee machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and tableware.
• Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

Yes, to ensure a relaxing start to your holiday at Wald Villa Üssbach, we provide a small starter kit in each apartment. Upon arrival, you will find a first roll of toilet paper, a bin bag, a few dishwasher tablets, and some washing-up liquid ready for use. This way, you don't have to rush to the supermarket right after your journey. Since our apartments are fully self-catering, you will need to provide your own additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Babies can easily be added to your reservation during booking. A baby cot or an extra rollaway bed can gladly be provided upon request.

For stays of one week or longer, we are happy to exchange your towels and bed linen upon request to ensure your ongoing comfort.

Dogs are warmly welcome but must be registered at the time of booking. Please note that dogs must not be left unattended in the apartment and are not permitted on the beds or furniture.

Private parking spaces are available directly at the house free of charge. Final cleaning is included in your stay, though we kindly ask you to leave the apartment broom-clean. Necessary cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and accessories are available should you need them during your stay.

Absolutely! Our garden invites you to relax, unwind, and enjoy. Numerous seating options and sun loungers offer plenty of space for sunbathing, reading, or simply enjoying the peaceful nature.

Yes, a barbecue grill and a fire pit are available for all guests to share – perfect for cozy evenings under the open sky.

A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for guest use upon request and for a small additional fee.

All of our holiday apartments are strictly non-smoking. You are more than welcome to smoke outdoors in our beautiful garden area to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.
